What to say? Carol made the experience of selling our house a positive
pleasure. In three days from our first ad in a local paper and five days
from the listing on MLS we had three firm offers at our asking price,
which was the price suggested to us by appraisers and real estate
brokers.
But the pleasure came from dealing with Carol, who gave us a crash
course in all the issues involved. She was a priceless and delightful
